Welcome to Syncskai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Syncskai platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

"Content" refers to any music, sound effects, audio files, metadata, artwork, or other materials available through the Services. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services. "License" refers to the rights granted to you to use Content in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription or purchase agreement.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Syncskai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for your creative projects in accordance with the specific license terms associated with each piece of Content. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Content as standalone files. You may not use Content in ways that are defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and Content remain the property of Syncskai or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services or Content. Syncskai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any Content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services and any licensed Content will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syncskai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
